Three girls form a rock band at their high school, but things go awry when the guitarist breaks her fingers and the vocalist storms out only days before their performance at the school festival. With no option other than to find a replacement vocalist or cancel altogether, the girls enlist a Korean exchange student who happens to be passing by. Deciding to perform cover versions of songs such as Linda, Linda, by the legendary Japanese punk band The Blue Hearts, they scramble to get their act together in time for the festival.
